职位描述
岗位职责:
Tasks:
- Research work, for instance on materials or competing products;
- Design laboratory and analysis devices according to valid standards and guidelines;
- Control production design and manufacturing costs;
- Make sure the development process is in accordance with pre-set project schedule;
- Assemble functional samples and prototypes;
- Collect and evaluate test data of the above;
- Compile technical documents;
- Conduct calculations and simulations;
- Prepare BOM, technical drawings, instruction manuals and etc;
- Analyse hazard and error;
- Implement technical changes and product management;
- Cooperate and support relevant function divisions, such as production, application, service, purchasing.
任职条件:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in mechanics;
- Over five years experiences in mech. design; development experience of analytical instruments, home appliance products, medical devices preferable;
- Proficient in 3D design software, preferable inventor;
- Familiar with relevant GB and international standards;
- Good command of English, especially listening and speaking;
- Willing to work independently as well as to cooperate with peers;
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;
- Self-motivated;
- Cost consciousness;
- Willing to learn and improve;
- Ready to travel.
