Title:  Which of the following hospital volunteer works would you be interested in doing? Talking to patients, reading to patients or taking care of their families?
参考答案    Personally, I would like to read to a patient if I got a chance to do some volunteer work in a hospital. First of all, I think lots of patient are quite reserved and not willing to talk to others, like those who suffered emotionally and got traumatized within find it hard to talk to other, however, they do not reject you when you read books to them. On top of that, there are lots of good books that can be really helpful to them, like spiritual books and self improvement books that will help them to grow spiritually, also, the one who reads the book will be benefited from it. http://toefl.shanghai.gedu.org/kouyu/
Task 2
Title:  Some people think that employees should be required to wear formal suits by their bosses. Other people think that employees should be required to wear casual clothes by their bosses. What is your opinion and why?

参考答案    I think professionals should wear formal suits instead of casual outfits. Firstly, wearing suits and ties can showcase their professionalism. I have never seen professionals like lawyers, salesmen, or businessmen dress in casual outfits when they are working in a professional environment. Secondly, requirement on dressing code is a kind of a discipline that all the employees should observe in workplaces, when they are dressed up, they will feel a sense of responsibility and thus spare no effort to accomplish bigger goals, based on these reasons, I think employees should definitely be required to wear suits in a working environment

Title:  Describe the differences between two cities that you have visited before. Give details and examples to support your response.
参考答案  　My two most memorable visits to cities were probably the times I went to [A] and [B] . Yes, they were very different experiences! [A] was gigantic and bustling. There were people and lights and skyscrapers everywhere. I took the city train to get around. There was such an air of excitement and energy to everything! When I went to the art museum, there was a line out the door. Afterwards, as it got dark, a jazz band was playing on the street corner. It was like a crowded, non-stop party. [B], meanwhile, was enjoyable in an entirely different way. It was quiet and sleepy and freezing and much smaller than [A], but full of charming and bright shops and restaurants that made you feel cheerful. It’s so isolated. It’s like a magical little wonderland more than anything. It was very special in its own right.

Title:  Do you think it’s good to teach primary school students to use computer?
参考答案  I think it is meaningful to teach them to use computer.

问题：   The man’s problem is that his roommate’s lamp was broken by his friend and he’s thinking about what lamp to buy.
解决措施：  
    He can buy a different one for his roommate. But he is worried about whether his roommate will like it or not..
    He could buy the same one, but it could be expensive and not sure for getting one.
Task 6
Title  The professor talks about two ways to solve low efficiency problem and keep interest in work.
回答思路：  
    Horizontal loading. Eg, a man who used to sell tv now switched to a department to sell computer. It’s not boring.
    Vertical loading. It’s harder and challenging. Eg, the boss asked the employee to research to find some method to improve sales performance.
