　　主要有四方面原因：
　　1)受父母饮食偏好的影响
　　如果父母自己挑剔食物，或在孩子面前说这种食物不好吃，那种食物味道不好，孩子就会受到直接影响。另外，如果父母不喜欢吃某种食物，家里往往就很少买这种食物，这也会使孩子很少吃到这种食物，从而间接造成孩子的偏食。
　　2)日常饮食比较单调
　　如果父母不注意烹调方法，不注意颜色搭配和形状的多样化，或饮食比较单调，也很容易使孩子形成偏食和挑食的习惯。比如，有的父母天天给孩子吃蒸蛋，很少换花色品种，孩子自然不爱吃。
　　3)父母过于迁就和纵容孩子
　　有些父母生怕孩子营养不够，对孩子的饮食要求，总是有求必应，从而使孩子的口味越来越高，专挑自己喜欢吃的东西吃。
