这个圆弧应该怎么车?厂里明天要干这活,以前没做过

这是厂里明天要干的活,这个R16.3的圆弧应该用什么刀来车呢?厂里没有机夹的圆弧刀,如果用手磨的圆弧刀,半径2.5左右的,用不用圆弧半径补偿指令G42,G41,如果用的话它的刀尖方位是几呢?车完之后的圆弧两边是不是对称的?
请各位师傅帮忙,之前我没干过这样的活。

你用尖刀看行不行,圆弧刀没有吗,量多定几把吧,不行那自己去磨几把了。

所加工圆弧是整个半圆,用切刀编程序数控切削圆弧,只是勉强,切削中切削刃主副角等参数一直在变化中。在圆弧正中,必然有切刀宽的一段直线无法去除。另外,刀尖圆弧与编程有关,直接影响精度,走刀痕迹也需要注意。
其实,本工件的园半径有16.3,可以做一把简单的摆动旋转刀完成工作。

不必怀疑这个刀的性能。在本版块发过一个拉弯式弯管机的帖子,弯管机上的模具内圆弧就是用这个刀加工的。
